Remembering the Legendary Mr. Ray Price on the day he passed away. December 16th, 2013.
I had the pleasure of touring with him to Tokyo, Kyoto, Okayama and Osaka in 1993 and performed with him again at a concert held in Tokyo in 1996. He was such a great singer and a gentleman. I went to pick him and his band, The Cherokee Cowboys up at Narita airport and we spent like a whole week touring. We had 4 shows at concert halls and Live venues. Can’t forget the souvenir shopping we went to in Kyoto!

10年前の12月16日、カントリーレジェンドのレイ・プライスが亡くなった日。1993年に京都の永冨研二さんがツアーを主催、私たちが成田に迎えに行き、東京、大阪、岡山、京都と4公演ご一緒させてもらいました。1週間近くのツアー、ご飯食べたり、お土産のお買い物に行ったり、本当に凄く仲良くさせて頂きました。その後、もう一度1996年に東京でご一緒しました。素晴らしいSingerで本当に間近で見れて勉強になりました！
もう一度声聴きたかったな～。
